As a San Jose native for all of his life, Sean Penello has a unique understanding of San Jose’s neighborhoods and their history. He’s able to leverage that knowledge to predict development opportunities in a quickly growing and changing city.

Sean has been a real estate investor since 1999 and a licensed financial planner since 2007. This experience gives Sean a unique perspective and insights that other traditional brokers may miss. Sean’s tax and estate planning strategies for real estate portfolios, allow his clients to increase their cashflow while saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes.

One of Sean’s skills is taking traditional “mom and pop” real estate investors and supporting them in implementing the strategies of the high net worth. Helping these families build their network all the while lowing their risk and work.
